Being overwhelmed, feeling like one doesn’t belong or fit in, and struggling to still have “life” in the midst of work can all be common experiences at UCSF. Join Student Health and Counseling’s John Tighe, LCSW, to look at managing stress and challenges in the midst of being a graduate and professional student at UCSF, and develop the tools and resources you need when times are tough.
